HD content not working

In my Samsung Note 10 lite I'm not able to stream HD content in OTT apps like Netflix and Amazon prime. This has happened after updating the phone to march security patch . The widvine L1 security level has retrograded to widvine L3 .

Please @SamsungIndia please provide us with a new update as soon as possible

yes i know it but its not al about answer it about feedback, by sending feedback it store in their data, but yes we can't expect immediately, and do one thing more if you got answer then click on "ask again " and send feedback again

i have done it but still not working even i have cleared cache and all that stuff but still there is a genuinely a big bug in this latest update provided by Samsung

Same for me. Netflix and Amazon prime not playing in HD in my note 10 lite after the latest update
