Hi Team,

I have been observing  a green tint issue since last week after the April update. It's been 1 and a half years now and I didnt had any screen issues until now. Therefore I assume that it's a software issue after the update.

When can I expect a new update to fix the issue as I am facing alot of problems with your Super Amoled screen on a 70k phone.

Let me know a resolution asap as I am having second thoughts for buying S20 Ultra as I have seen posts having the similar Green Tint issue.

Do this asap to save your reputation.

Thanks,
Saurabh Sethi

1. Which device do you own?
2. Don't waste your money on S20 Ultra. It comes with sugglish Exynos in India. I would suggest go for iPhone (hassle free for atleast for 4 to 5 years).

It's just horrible how samsung treats its customers, apple is way better when it comes to customer care and service.
