All of the sudden green line came up on using the device, what to do???

It's sad to see Samsung devices, especially flagships, are having display is issues within 2 years consistently.

Yes, currently the issue is escalated to CEO and I am waiting for the response. However the service center told that only S20 series has FOC and not Note20 (mostly because its discontinued and merged with S as Ultra). And so they charged me 23000rs to change the display or wait for response from Samsung.

How did you manage to get that far? I mean escalated till ceo? Maybe if there is enough people complaining about the issue they'll consider note series As well in the FOC

U can mail Samsung, they will assign a executive to u, who will say the same thing and service center says. After then he will escalate the issue to the ceo and then a executive from ceo desk will be assigned to u who will take 2-3 days to make a decision with the board and say the same thing "sorry to inform u Samsung cannot help u with this".

Tho u can try, maybe if enough complaints cm up they me approve foc for Note 20 ultra also.
