After that you can update from Windows Store

no you can not get latest version from Microsoft store by installing by that

Thanks a million for your kindness. Your solution works wonderfully. Being old with carpal tunnel syndrome, typing notes on mobile is quite troublesome. I just don't get it why Samsung Electronics has such a great noting app but wouldn't allow it on cross platforms which would draw more crowds. Anyway,  you have made my days for the rest of my life much easier. Bless you!
