Why does numbers show in settings icon of samsung internet browser?

Click setting icon>there must be something new(feature or update)

You have selected number as a notification badge

Sir, no updates are in there.... the number is sometimes hike when I browsing....
I confuse, why does it happen!!?

Even ad blocker is showing 1

Because I activate an Ad-blocker.......

That is what there must be something inside setting or just clear cache of samsung internet once
