Which region are you using? My Note 20 ultra 5G didn't get any update since last November. I'm checking for updates regularly.

Mumbai.... I suggest you visit Samsung service center as not receiving updates since November

These phones already got One Ui 4.0 update except Note10 lite so the thumbnail itself doesn't make any sense..👇
