Galaxy NoteI am sharing about my experience. I had bought a GalaxyJ7NXT in 2018. After using around 9-10 months, I observed a charging issue. The issue was, after getting 88% charge it automatically decrease 1 by 1. In the beginning it was 1-2 days in a week and I had no care on it. In few weeks it increased to 3-4 days in a week. Then I went to nearest authorised samsung service centre and I told them about the charging issue. They checked and told me that there is no issue. Next day I faced the same problem again. I went to the service centre ,they took my phone after few formalities. After 1 days, I got a phone call from the service centre. Next day I took my phone. They said they have changed the total motherboard and the battery also. After this I used the phone 2 years without any issue. It was under the warranty period so it was totally free of cost.
I want to give rating 10/10 for after sell service.

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).
Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
