@stirio bro, you should not flash the german beta over the latest firmware that is the November update that may cause you bootloop. Download the October Firmware and flash first then flash the german beta ( Only via ADB Update) dont try to update via recovery sd card. Download the required files and follow the instructions patiently. So far no major bugs or lock issues. for safety I completely removed all lock options before updating until beta 2 arrives. follow the same and you will have no issues. still having issues DM me in telegram.

This is a repeat of last year when the post was withdrawn and the update was delayed by over 2 weeks. Samsung please learn from past. my father using one plus 6 got his android 10 update yesterday and here we are waiting for a beta ! shame on us for believing in you
