please don't update, there are so many problems. am using s 10 and enrolled to beta version of one ui 2.0 . and now my mobile got locked and service centre people are asking money to unlock it.

I don't know about one ui 2 but one ui 1.5 has a lot of bugs I had recently purchased note 10 plus (exynos) and 1 st thing I noticed whenever I plug Type c AKG earphones the audio was playing from phone speakers sometimes for a while instead of AKG Type c earphones .

2. Recently i had received Fingerprint update after that update vibration not working even after factory reset my note 10 plus.

3) everyone was praising about the cameras in note 10 plus but from my experience the pictures are worst it feels like I am using a 3MP rear camera and a VGA in front.

so much noise and there is 1000% clarity loss in all pictures taken from this phone.

worst investment ever I guess...
