all note 9s and s9s have been facing this issue, it is because of the recent security patch bug, samsung has assured it will fix it.

not all but most of note9 devices facing this issue also some s9 & s10 devices,
i also have note9 & s9+ they both are working perfectly alright,

I did face it in the month of December, 2019. Took it to the service center, found out that It was a display issue. I'm not facing any yellowish tint on my device. If the device is in warranty, take it to the center and get it fixed. If not, live with it, because it will cost you 18-19k.

Samsung Note 9 Display Problems
Please Join only if you are facing the Display discoloration or Overheating or horizontal lines on display when the brightness is set to low. All these issues are started recently after software update, not by any accidental or physical damage to display.
