I have lost my S pen Galaxy Note 5 last week. I took the phone to the service centre and asked them. They said it is very difficult to get a new one. Kindly advice. I would like to know the availability in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
bro if they unable to provide complaint @ samsung ceo office . as a result tou will get within day or two first they call you. tell them your problem . if they say same thing file case at consumer court same happened to me with note2 and my father complaint then Get compensation of 5000INR as well as new display @free .

Visit Samsung Smart Café for all types of replacement parts...Samsung Service Centers no longer provide any replacement parts like Battery, Accessories (Headphones etc.)...thats what I was told by Samsung Service Center Executive...so you better visit Samsung Smart Café & ask them if it's available from them...
