Galaxy Note 20 Ultra hangs during incoming call!!!!!!

Very disappointed! The phone does not respond to the clicks when trying to answer incoming call. The phone cost your body organs, but not 50% worth of money. My Oneplus 5 was way faster and with longer battery life. Others facing the same issue please speak up now. Exinos version that I have, gets heated like nothing I have seen.

Non responsiveness to clicks can be due to various reasons- water drops on screen, dirt etc. Try cleaning your screen properly. Also, the screen protector you are using plays a role in this. Often your palm touches the edge of the screen during one hand use and therefore it will not register a tap/swipe in other places of the screen.

Not helpful, this is not the issue. Issue is phone hanging not touch sensitivity

Generic info given, tried all this long back but didn't solve the issue of phone hanging during incoming call.

Yep! Same! Samsung C/S offered to have me ship my phone in so they can fix....Uhm, that's a No! And what do i have in the meantime? No phone? No thank you. Next option:  take to a Samsung store so they can fix ... I do not have time for this! Super annoying....frustrating....upsetting...all of that. My phone is fairly new too!
