Yess for my s 20 in may i got some minor scratches and a dent on power key they accpeted it and replaced for free

No they denied after the whole process for 1 month now i hate really dissatisfied and disappointed

Damage as mu phone corner frame has one small scratch which is small as 🐜 ant

Just because of that dent they are charging 50 % which is around 11500
