My galaxy note 9's front camera quality varies from photo to video . I have also kep the resolution for both the same,but it didn't solve anything. If someone can guide me to overcome this then so thankfu to you
Camera quality has got detoriated after Samsung update to Android 10. You can go to XDA Developers forum and search for the Gcam ( google camera) app for the note 9 specifically. This you can install as your 2nd option.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio.
Turn on/off the Auto Flash.
Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).
