Found A Bug In pie update

In note 9 u are sometimes unable to open the notifications  bar and the recent apps .... 
I did a factory reset  but the problem  still persists
I guess either it is the iris scanner or the  secret folder related issue.
The screen is fine as i did a diagnostic  test  and it passed

they said no software or hardware issue.. rom is working fine

then change of display in my case it was in software issue plus hardware also I had pink lines

if yes than try after removing it
