Found A Bug In pie update

In note 9 u are sometimes unable to open the notifications  bar and the recent apps .... 
I did a factory reset  but the problem  still persists
I guess either it is the iris scanner or the  secret folder related issue.
The screen is fine as i did a diagnostic  test  and it passed

Its secure folder issue and every note 9 has same issue. But samsung not fixing same.
