I have a samsung galaxy note 10 plus. OS version is Android 9 and UI version is ONE UI 1.5. My phone last updated was 1 September 2019. any one knows when my device get latest android and UI update? Thank you.

From where did u bought this device and now where are u ..
I think may be due to carrier lock or anything like that u r not getting updates as same model is getting updates regularly

Its firmware version for KSA/ Saudi Arabiya. I am staying in Bangladesh. Actually this phone is gifted by my boss. So i dont know about its purchase country

This model is getting frequent updates ..
If u r not getting visit nearby authorized samsung service center and tell them about this matter ..
They may help u

Hi, you can flash the firmware manually from sammobile.com. select your device model and country then download the file and follow the instructions mentioned on website..
