Fingerprint sensor never works outdoors

On my Note 10 lite. The fingerprint sensor never works when i am outdoors. Even I cannot register a fingerprint when I am outdoors

Thats strange. Get your phone checked up at SC. Also wipe your hand before so that sweat 😓 is not there.

Yes never works in sunlight too since the day one . overall very bad biometrics on such phone

yes outdoor it doesn't work indoors also slight improvement is there since the last update but overall pathetic fingerprint it is even worse than othe lower budget phones I don't know why samsung is not rectifying it

I am also having the same issues, when m outside fingerprint doesnot work in 9 out of 10 times.
