Fingerprint recognition is poor on Note 10+

Okay Samsung. Note 10+ is a great device but the fingerprint scanner is too difficult to get acquainted with. It registers the prints with many efforts. It does not recognize the touches easily. The screen has the pre-applied screen protector. Sometimes it recognizes no fingers at all (out of all four I have registered). I have to press hard on the sensor then it does its job. Please release an update. I owned S9+ before this one and it worked flawless with the fingerprint scanner.

same here. the face recognition **bleep** compared to Apple. the fingerprint sensor is horrible
