Fast Wireless Charging

Fast wireless charging option is not available in my Note 9 mobile. Currently it's taking more than 3 hrs to charge to its full potential. I see in so many websites about the option to enable/disable fast wireless charging.

Contacted Samsung customer care people and thwy said there is no option like Fast Wireless charging option in Note 9. However I see the same option available in FAQS samsung website. What the hell is this?
