Facebook app is not working in my mobile for the past couple of months, fb lite is working but main app is not working, tried with hard reset also..if anyone facing similar issue pls share your experience

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app. Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
If the issue still persists, kindly register your concern in the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
I have tried everything above and reset my mobile twice and software update also came today even after all that also facebook app is not opening in my mobile
