Error in connecting pen drive

MY PEN DRIVE 64 GB IS NOT RECOGNIZING ON MY NOTE 20 ULTRA BUT IT IS RECOGNIZING ON MY NOTE 9.

PLEASE HELP HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
