For eg If I'm using 2 panels I.e. Direct call and Applications....whenever I slide on the handle it should always open to direct call panel. Currently it opens the last used panel....
Iyou need to understand how to go about it. which ever panel you want to open first you can do it in settings of the edge panel by dragging it to first place or changing its order. when you close the panel last the same will show when you open it. There is no default like you mentioned.
