Edge Panel - Preview Effects Issue

Hi All,

Can you please help, as I don't get to see the preview for the effects when I change them in Edge Panel... tried everything - like cleared cache and force stopped and restarted the phone, but nothing worked out...

Samsung is getting worse day by day...just crossed 9 months...

Handled with utmost care still it (Note10+) behaves like worst than any cheap chinese phone...

"For sure, next phone will not be a Samsung"

Ok can you try..one more thing

perform normal phone reset settings(no factory reset)

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings

or

reset apps preferences

par last time ki taraha ye yaad rakhna settings change ho jayegi

Sidh bhai, have found the solution....if animation is set to less than 0.5 then in that case all edge lighting modules do not work.....
but this is pathetic...isn't it..?

Thanks for noticing this issue but sadly Samsung support team do not provide any legitimate resolutions to our query upon registering them by sending feedback....they just have the robotic answers to each and every query....
But still if you think that they will support on this issue then I will send them the feedback describing my issue....and also share their outcome here on this forum....

To resolve the issue kindly follow the given below step:-


- Reset the device:- Settings > General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


After performing above steps If the issue still persist kindly send us the screenshot, videos and error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application:- Samsung member application > Click on get help > Send feedback > Error report, so that we can help you out to solve the issue.

getting error message that my device for rooted though in actual i didn't perform anything...

i updated my Phone on 15th Sep and on 16th Sep i got a message which says my battery is in bad state and needs to be changed asap now today i got a message that my device has been rooted ...
can you please check and advise why i am getting these error messages...... ?
