Earphone Issue & Camera issue in Note9

I cant hear voice in phone call unless I switch to speaker..... Camera is having Zoom issue.... If I zoom the camera for a quick pic, a sound arises the aperture shutter gets struck. Hearing a motor sound..... how to fix these ?

for 1st problem, it's clearly the hardware issue. Earpiece isn't working. Get it replaced for free from service centre.

2nd one also, but I think 2nd one is a lot common especially in 9 series.

go to the service center immediately...i ordered my camera replacement and will get it installed when it arrives at the service center

thank you all... for your helpful comments. But the camera issue is a software issue I think, because one of my friend is also experiencing the same issue. Waiting for Samsung to recognize the issue.. and push a update!!
