I am also having the same issue after the last security Patch update,I went to the service center and they made fun by saying its a haldiram issue.They said I need to replace the display, its very unprofessional on Samsung side

It seems Samsung purposely pushing this bug in software update to earn more money for fixing it

If battery backup isn't an issue for you, try setting the brightness to maximum and keep it that way. When the brightness is set at the mid point the display is showing a green and blue tint. I had the same problem but do not have it anymore.
