first thing first why on good old earth Samsung removed iris scanner heart rate sensor and dual aperture camera these are my biggest complaints with Samsung secondly why on earth Samsung flagships are no longer flagship instead they are another a series with extra features like 120hz and wireless charging and IP rating why not give features like s9 and note 9 devices, after 9 series Samsung is pretty much messed up with flagship they are no longer called as the flagship but they are just a series with extra feature mentioned 

by removing features from a flagship series half of the fans are already angered on Samsung now even if they ditch the note line up then the foolish customers like me or anyone will still buy Samsung for anti china movement ( just an example don't take on the other way ) if we want to speak to Samsung then better boycott Samsung because Samsung is not listening to users instead they are listing to media and that so-called CEO Roh Tea Moon destroyed Samsung flagships. the features we love iris scanner they removed it, then we loved headphone they removed and then we love heart rate they removed it, we loved dual aperture camera they removed now we loved note line up now they are ditching means the feature we love to have it on the flagship phone the removed all the aspects of the flagship, then what is the use of flagship when we pay price over 1 lakh and don't even get fancy iris scanner, heart rate and dual aperture and headphone jack but it seems Samsung is only listening to YouTubers and ignoring customers I have been in tidal wave sine one UI 1.0. and yet fanboy will defend the Samsung for all the removal of features.  then they will say that Samsung is great because of shipment and sale number. 

let me clear the way of the flagship has changed to a series with an extra feature, even paying 1 lakh rupees on the phone we don't see iris scanner, we don't see the heart rate,we don't see camera-centric dual aperture camera we don't see dual phase detection auto focus. i have been criticising Samsung for 2 years but Samsung has shut their ears and turn away from users to YouTubers and some paid media

I really appreciate for writing such a long message, i too feel the same thing i have been usinh note series from note 3 and now this news is something very inconvenient, you are very right about samsung in mishandling their own pride product, no more haptic feedback on middle key, no more 3.5 mm jack and with some useless upgrades that no one ever asked for, i hope this forum can provide a voice to our request and concern with samsung...hopefully
