Although there are many complaints & reported issues with the green screen, horizontal lines, & failed touch responses on Galaxy Note 9's, Samsung has yet to even acknowledge them. These are widespread & obvious problems created by an update Samsung provided. There are multiple posts across multiple platforms all discussing this software error. I hope to centralize & organize those of us who own these now defective phones in order to pressure Samsung to acknowledge, create & roll out an Official Fix. Until then, we are all left unfairly dealing with Samsungs innability of accountability for their screw up.
