Delay in connecting to WiFi

Has anyone experienced delay in connecting to WiFi? I have saved WiFi networks in mobile and every time I turn WiFi on, it takes arnd 4-5 secs to connect. Its not instantaneous as I've seen in other phones. BTW, I'm using SAMSUNG NOTE 10 LITE.

reset your network settings of your phone and try again

I tried it. its the same.

maybe that's common across Samsung devices.
