Samsung kindly add more formats to default video player. It seems that even popular formats like mkv are also not supported which are very popular these days. Kindly look into format support by default video player so that we don't get issues like no audio supported and video playback not supported even in flagship devices like Samsung Note 9. Thanks
mkv format needs different codecs so default player wont able to play that flawlessly. so you need to install any third party app to play these kind file formats
