1) If the device is good in other ways and you don't feel like upgrading, replace the display from an authorised service centre and continue using it.( Make sure that the battery is good).
2) Replace the display at a low cost from any trusted local shops and exchange your device for a newer device in your budget( for better exchange offers go for Samsung stores online or offline. Or you can try selling the device on OLX and then use the money to upgrade).
