DeX missing in Galaxy Note 10 lite and S10 Lite.

I don't understand Samsung decided not provide DeX on Samsung's lite version. These Phone are not cheap by any means. At least provide option to connect via a DeX Pad and not allow the c type connection. This way people can use DeX by paying additional for a DeX Pad if you want to keep DeX as a premium feature for flagship phone. Don't restrict other users to use it via DeX Pad which is a additional accessory. Do you agree?

usb 3.0 is required for that
but lite models have usb 2.0 only.

that's why DeX Pad could be a solution. and I remember first DeX Pad was also usb 2.0. so technically it is not impossible.
