Customisation feature required in One UI

Hi Team, 

One UI has come a long way in fulfilling user's requirements. It is more snappy, clean looking more than ever. However, I need following 3 features badly-

1. Icon support

2. Icon grid size up to 10 and icon size control

3. Control on Padding

In absence of these features I am forced to use external launcher as I can't live with the ugly looking big icons which eats up so much of space.

for icon you can download extra icon PACK from theme section

Theme section has a limited range of icons. and grid size can go upto 5 only. that's still pretty big!
