Worst manufacturing defective displays for note 9 and note 10 plus.Worst customer service . I wait from morning till evening to talk to supervisor and my calls do hold for hours . But nobody connected me and make me fool whole day .21/7/2021. my Note 10 Plus :

1. Faulty display since I purchased. Faulty mic , Faulty buttons. Color change display, touch issues.

2. Samsung service centre fooling me 2nd time . Not claiming under warranty.and after warranty they make me pay for Faulty.

3 . My previous note 9 also face same issue under warranty . But service centre guys told it was sensor software issue and will be alright. But after some weeks it's pop up again then service centre guys told me to replace display cost me 18500 rs. Because its become out of warranty

4. And this time am face same issue with display and other components 1 time I vist they said it's 3rd party software issue. It will be alright. But today when I vist for same issue they said it's problem with display .nee to replace it. But there is a minor scrath so they can't do it in warranty. I should pay. But before I visit them for same issue they didn't tell about that. Because there was no scrath or anything.
It's clearly a manufacturing defect . And service cemtrr make me fools second time.

4. I can use phone with s pen without any problem. If display issue both finger and s pen shouldn't works .

5. I contacted customer care from morning till night to convey my concern. And it was absolutely frustrating. Agents told me to connect supervisor and I waited for long hold times . Also waited for their call back from morning to night. But its was useless. Customer service was very 👎bad. 

6 . Am a frequent note series phone user 5, 6, 8,9, now 10 plus. But for my note9 and 10 plus was pathetic display and manufacturing faults. 

7. Why samsung doing this kind cheap tricks for their phone. ??? 

8. Costumer should buy display protection plan before buying samsung phone especially Note series. Because display will damage withing 2 to 3 months sure without any physical damage from customer side.

If it is within months , then Samsung can replace the whole phone. Or maybe u tried to do smthing urself or by some unauthorised service centre??

No I visiting authorized service centre twice. But first time they said it software issue . Now display issue. I am facing this defect for my note 9 also a year back. And I changed entire display panel

It could be the service center. Try talking to Samsung online support and registering a complaint or try another service center.
