Camera vibrates and shake image

The note9 camera was gonna vibrating at capturing a photo and video at 1.6x to 10x zoom. The hizzing vibration sound from camera was gonna hear and the video is gonna shake and vibrate at capture time! This was and hardware issue faced for our many Note9 users as I noticed from my one of the Samsung group! What was the solution?

go to service centre and change the camera module immediately

then shall I have ip protection if once the device is opened?

once the device is opened, they ll change the sealing with new one and they are giving assurance foe water resistant. i changed the camera but the device seems to be new only
