Hey Members, 

I need some suggestions/advise. Samsung had offered me a loaner device (S22 Ultra) when I complained about the non availabilty of the JIO 5G update in Note 20 Ultra.
 
I had submitted the device in the service center and took the S22 Ultra. 
They made me sign Terms and Conditons to use the device and take utmost protection of it. 
After the release of the 5G update, when it was the service center's turn to hand over my device to me, they handed it over with a fault on the screen. 
There is a spanner like mark right on the center of the screen. 
I have been trying to reach out to Samsung Support and I have not received any concrete answer from them. 
All I hear is "we will get back to you". I have sent a million emails and got reply to none! This has become mentally agonizing for me as I haven't been able to use my phone like my own.

I am so frustrated with Samsung! What do I do? Go to Consumer Court again?

Raise a complaint in consumer court

Also in Twitter, ... tag them and all the famous tech YouTuber of India and create a detailed post (maybe some youtuber might take note of the issue and amplify it)

First try with white or black wallpaper and theme...this problem often occours in blue theme

This happens on every color in the dark mode.
