Camera App Bug

There is a grey shade in the camera app of my galaxy note 10 plus

Whenever I take pictures/videos it has a grey shade all over

If I remaster the pictures I took then it will be good.

I tried Reset settings in camera app

Tried even Resetting my phone

Still it isnt fixed.

Sometimes I get the message to clean your lenses for a better image or something

Even on my front camera too it has the same issue.

And, If anyone has galaxy note 10 plus, can you please share the version number of your camera application?

Is there any visible dust/dirt inside the camera lens(not outside), that you have observed?

No,
Both the cameras back and front has the same issue
I use navigation gestures instead of buttons
When I open camera application and when I swipe up and hold the bar to open recent apps but I dont lift my fingers, when I hold, the grey shade will be gone
But when I lift my fingers and go back to the camera app it comes again
I tried to show this bug by screen recording but in the screen record this problem was not visible
Then I came to know that this is the problem of the camera app.

You should use another phone to record it. If it can't be screen recorded, I am afraid it's a hardware issue. What did the service center say?
