Galaxy Note
After Note 9 update, call is not connecting properly and opponent not hearing my voice. This happens often everyday. Is anyone facing the same? Any solutions?

No issues. it's your service provider who is the culprit.

Hi there,

 

Call connectivity issue in your phone can be due to network problem so hang up and dial again or move to another area or check using other SIM card in the device, if it works then you may contact your Network Service provider.

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

• Remove SIM card and then check by reinserting it
• Change the Network operator search and check.( Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Automatic/Manual)

• Perform the reset settings (Settings > General management > Reset > Reset settings)

If still issue persists, kindly visit nearest service center for physical inspection of your device. Service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
