Not able to transfer a file via bluetooth to my desktop. Transfer just gets initiated when click on receive file on desktop immediately followed by cancellation. Message on desktop shows that "transfer was cancelled by the bluetooth device or bluetooth enabled computer". Please help.

have you allowed Bluetooth sharing on your PC?? Unless you allow the file will not transfer. Also pair your device to PC and allow permissions.

I have transferred many files over Bluetooth to my mac without issues. Mark as solution when you follow my steps and it starts working

Please be assured and to resolve "Bluetooth connectivity" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Reset app preferences: Settings >Apps >Tap on More option or on three dots >Reset App Preferences.

2. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data:-Settings >Apps >Menu (Three dots) >Show system apps >search and type "Bluetooth" >Bluetooth >Storage >Clear cache >Clear data >OK.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
