Galaxy Note
When I purchased the car I was using a Samsung galaxy 8+ and Bluetooth connectivity was never an issue. Fast forward I upgraded my mobile to a Samsung galaxy note 10+; I'm experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues 😑 😕
When it does the connect, the gets disrupted - systematically connecting and disconnecting 😭😭😭
I have tried connecting other phones of the same model and all is good.
I have share a screen recording of the issue and screen shots of the recommendations I've tried to no avail 🥺

Galaxy NoteHi MrsS
If the steps provided above still fail you can also check your car user manual to remove the device from the car Bluetooth and then reconnect it
Please forget your car's Bluetooth.
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select Connections.
- Select Bluetooth.
- Select the paired device.
- Select Unpair.
- Reconnect.
Also, please check if the phone has been removed from the car’s Bluetooth history. Refer to the car user manual to perform this action.
