Bixby voice option missing

Bixby is missing "Bixby voice" option which we could turn off. 

I can't assign any other assistant like Google assistant as default. Every time I connect my bluetooth earphones, and i press that button to call for assistant,  it shows that dialogue box to set Google or Bixby as default. So while driving I can't activate Google assistant with my bluetooth earphone and it's button. This happens everytime I reconnect my bluetooth earphones. Everytime I have to choose for default. I also tried seeing the same in Settings-Apps- Default apps options but still the same thing. Look at the screen shot.
