Beta Android 10 Note 9 problem

Did you people get a hard reset after latest update? 

It had problem to pass the pin/pattern on booting so it made a reset.

Did it break your knox and stuff?

Hard reset doesn't break KNOX and stuff. + I am using beta and haven't resetted my device and there are no problems like u said.

Have you enabled secure start-up?

The link is from Korean but I too faced the same.

I also read that ZSLC build will fix this reset, and Samsung pay/pass issue

Bro there is no where written that hard reset will trip ur KNOX.
And nope I haven't enabled Secured Startup.

are you able to use Samsung health, pass, pay and all?

Am not able to use em. it's saying that my device was rooted/ unauthorized changes.

And Samsung service center/ customer care calls are really noobs and they have no knowledge about these updates.

I never tried rooting my phone.
knox is 0x0 as well. They are stupidly saying I rooted!
