Battery issue after new Battery

I got the battery replaced just 2-3 days ago from a samsung authorized service center and the battery issue is still showing up, all service centers say they have no idea, all recommending factory data reset and i have done that more than 10 time and the issue is still there. What to do? (*#4636#*#*) this test menu is not opening.

Extremely bad, which I'm thnking is because the ASOC information has not been reset yet, so the phone thinks it's the old battery and to prevent it from getting damaged, the phone is charging it to a certain limit.

I think they use it to prevent battery from blowing up like with the note 7. After note 7 samsung took batteries very seriously.
