Actually note 10 plus had very good battery life in android 9. But after 10 update the battery drains quickly. I sent one error report to Samsung saying I never changed any settings from previous version, intact I not even installed any 3rd party app except WhatsApp. I disabled Facebook, few Google apps, briefing, also disabled location history, NFC, find my mobile, auto sync, auto update, location bluetooth scan, nearby device, weather auto update. but still battery drains quickly. They sent the below standard reply and not even read my report fully.

We would like to inform you that after analyzing the log files we find that Screen On Discharge is caused by using Youtube, chrome and whats app for a long time with data usage and used a lot of Apps switching and both of discharge rate are within a reasonable range regarding user's action. Screen Off Discharge is within reasonable range. There are used Bluetooth , BLE Scanning on, phone call and whats app at background Additionally, if you charge battery 100% you can use more than 22 hours.
BLE scan is for recognizing specific place by scanning Bluetooth device. If you don't need this function, you can turn off like below.
