Battery drain problems in Note 10 plus after one ui 3.0

I have already tried wipe cache partition even nearby scanning is off,Bluetooth scanning and Wifi Scanning is off but still battery is draining fast.

Downgrade oneui 3.0 to oneui 2.5 helps alot ucan downgrade through odin windows software . Search how to downgrade oneui
