Battery backup for note 10nplus

I am a Medium user not playing game at all. I have using this ph science 25oct. So want a feedback from you guys.

am using note 10 battery backup was excellent if I used it as medium and but it drains faster for heavy usage like playing games

you have to optimise your phone to get max out of your battery and for that you have to compromise on the fancy and techie stuffs of note

Am optimizing daily. but nothing is working. from day 1. I heard that full day battery life. but in my case max 7 hr.
