Battery and overheating issue

Completed update of Samsung one UI 14 my Note 10+ lost it's battery back up and my device is getting overheated while using mobile data and camera. So I went to the nearby service centre and check my device and they found that there are no hardware issues but they told me to reinstall the OS. So I did that. Then the issue persisting so I changed the battery at my own risk. But the issue persisting. But now I am happy that I can easily iron my linen shirt and jeans once using mobile data or a camera. I know that Samsung intentionally doing battery backup failures through software after mocking APPLE. Please not that I checked my device completely in Samsung authorised service centre and changed the batter. So it was completely a software bug created by Samsung intentionally and this is not fair.

From the lastm last 4 updatesate I am waiting for that but the issue is not resolved

Format your device and don't install any third party battery consuming apps and wait till the next update, then install any app you want

Format twice... I don't use any unwanted apps on my phone

Then simply throw it and buy some other brands if interested
