I bought a Note 9 brand new on 2019.01.23  and I updated it to android 9 but now I feel note 9 battery life is very low(I got 5 hour screen on time).Is it normal?? Is it fix in several days because my one is brand new ???

I too faced the same problem. but I did a factory reset and things are normal again..
did you try resetting??

guys after updating to pie my note 9's 4g network is not working properly it is working only when it has full signal strength and it is not working when it has less than full signal

We have 2 Note 9 in our house. One is functioning superb, maintaining the all day battery along with 6+ sot, but another one always had 5 sot average, which i think isn't normal
so I reset the 5sot 1 to check if any improvement, now waiting g for actual results how it performs
I still feel the note 9 battery drain issue is a little noticeable

it may be just software issue...just wait for stable pie update amd your problem should be sloved
