Banding observed in the blur for notification panel

The blur is not very smooth and we can see lines of banding everywhere behind that blur. I tried changing the resolution but the problem persists. This banding is more visible in colourful backgrounds. The blur should be smooth and no banding should be visible. Please provide a fix for Note 10 plus
