I have purchased a Samsung note 20, 2 months back. The battery backup is very bad 😔.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Battery usage and back-up depends on how you use your device. Which apps or games you use. Please post your battery usage for a better understanding

Don't ask anyone. They will simply say turn off all the features like, Bluetooth, wifi, location...**bleep**.. Not only note 20, none of the phone optimized in a better way to maintain better battery life.

You can maximize the battery backup by following a few points :

● Make sure that your phone is completely charged whenever you charge it. To get the best out of your battery.

● Make sure, Wifi is turned off when not in use.

● Turn off GPS when not in use.

● Turn ON the Power Saving option in settings.
